Currently we are focusing on various aspects of the process of colloidal structure formation on solid substrates. The mechanisms involved in this process are poorly understood in its fundamental issues, but very promising for technological applications like photonic crystals among other possible uses. We are dealing principally with the characterization of such processes and with the control of the obtained results.

Also, we are interested in the study and control of breath figures formation (condensation patters) and its application into technological processes.
